Larissa Tam received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, depression and anxiety. Her experience includes providing therapy, trainings, support groups and case management services in various community mental health and public-school settings. She served as a mental health consultant at Richmond Area Multi-services in San Francisco and currently serves as a Child and Adolescent Therapist at CHC. She maintains a client-centered approach and integrates a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based interventions to address specific challenges.
