Jenny Bloom

Outreach Manager

Jenny has a background in community organization, education, mentoring, and teaching. She has spent a decade working with families across the Bay Area navigating high school and the college admissions landscape. Her experiences with students from preschool to community college has informed her understanding of learning differences and how important supportive communities are to all families.

She has served as a board member of the Ravenswood City School District and has a desire to create avenues of access for all students no matter what their background. Jenny is excited to continue to create connections and engage others as the Outreach Manager at CHC. Outside of work, Jenny loves to spending time with her family, taking bike rides or walks in the beautiful Baylands of East Palo Alto.
