Anxiety Parent Support Groups
Registration
You are not alone.
Does your child or teen struggle to manage their anxiety and depression? As parent, do you need support with your own mental health while supporting your child? Various stressors have increased anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and fears in children and adolescents. Parenting during these challenging times has truly tested families. Join other parents and caregivers to share concerns and strategies, and feel supported in parenting a child with mental health challenges.
Come and join other parents and caregivers of kids with Anxiety in this free monthly, virtual group facilitated by Alex Lazo, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist at CHC.
