William Ray Brice

As a mission-driven talent acquisition and HR professional, William “Ray” Brice dedicated over a decade to advocating for both employment and education opportunities for children from underrepresented communities, including individuals with mental health disorders, foster youths, and children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. In his role as a recruiter for non-profit healthcare and educational organizations, he’s developed diverse sourcing initiatives, formed valuable community partnerships, and demonstrated dedication to ensuring a positive candidate experience for all throughout the recruitment process. Ray also brings with him a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fresno State and worked for 6+ years as a behavioral therapist providing ABA services to children and youths with special developmental needs prior to expanding his impact within the recruitment/HR field. In his spare time, Ray enjoys playing team sports like flag football and basketball & traveling to relaxing areas.
