Cinthia brings with her HR leadership experience with a majority of her background in Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Startup environments. Her notable projects include scaling people programs and building diverse high functioning teams (both cross-functional and HR teams). Experienced in translating strategic objectives into operational results, Cinthia brings with her extensive systems knowledge, cultural versatility, and proven change management practices that aid in the enhancement of the employee’s journey with the organization.
Her passions are centered around implementing human centered processes, developing talent, and building robust people analytics data to make a positive impact in the workplace. Her personal mission is to set the standard to create environments where employees feel energized by their work so they can return to their homes & families feeling like a better version of themselves.
